I’m feeling a little bit bad about ignoring the internet yesterday since there were so many comments and posts to attend to (I think I’ve caught up today though), but I couldn’t help it. My story is still flowing through my fingers so fluidly and I just couldn’t miss the opportunity.

While I was at work I hand wrote a couple hundred words from Teagan’s perspective for the next chapters after where I’d left off on Sunday, but by the time I got home I realized – Hey, this would all be better suited from Bryce’s perspective AND I could add in this scene I thought I’d have to get rid of initially (which makes me all sorts of happy because I really liked it the first time around). So when I got home yesterday I canned almost 2,000 words from the night before and wrote almost 5,000 more to replace and continue (I guess I can write well on weekdays after all). I caused all sorts of sexual tension while at the same time making my characters fight. It was quite perfect if I do say so myself. ::laughs evilly::

I don’t know what’s gotten into me with this wave of successful writing days, but I’m certainly not complaining. I haven’t picked up a book to read since last Friday (Sorry Nicholas Flammel, I’ll finish you eventually – I promise) or listened to a different song since Saturday (Yay, Local Natives – I love you) and since those two things frequently distract me I’m avoiding any change in my pattern like the black plague and letting this writing thing ride its course.

Alright, back to work now. Let’s see what I can accomplish tonight! Wish me luck 🙂
